Studio e Architecture helped develop a mid-sized concept house customizable to a new owner's tastes to tuck into the hillside of these unique lots. The design captures the lots' natural features. We preserved a grove of healthy mature trees at the back of the lots. Enjoy all of the many acres of undeveloped forested properties in all directions while in the back yard and decks which are permanently preserved as open, unfenced common areas owned and managed by the planned communities developed /built years ago.
