Enjoy all of the many acres of undeveloped forested properties in all directions while in the back yard and decks which are permanently preserved as open, unfenced common areas owned and managed by the planned communities developed /built years ago. The concept house design is included for an owner to adjust /finish to their lifestyle; or just to illustrate the design possibilities as an example of the potential to build an affordable home in the desirable Southwest Hills.
